Fundamental Rights Articles 12-35

Part III of the Constitution is called the Magna Carta of India. It guarantees civil liberties such as the Right to Equality (Articles 14-18). Article 17 specifically abolishes Untouchability in all forms. Article 21 provides the Right to Life and Personal Liberty, which has the widest interpretation by the Supreme Court. Dr. Ambedkar called Article 32 the 'Heart and Soul' of the Constitution.
